8th of September

Ok, so do you want to know what I do on the 8th of September, every single year?

I eat roasted chicken with champagne.

Yup, welcome to the marvelous world of my family traditions. Because this is done, obviously enough, with family. It’s one of those nice things that started in my childhood and have never changed. Imagine, I missed this occasion once in my life, not more.

So yeah, take a look this is what I was doing:

Of course, the oeurs d’oeuvre consisted of massive quantities of seafood, which I won’t touch with a ten foot pole. They taunt me, the bastards. “Thanks to you we make soooo many savings on seafood!” they say.

Meh you.

Oh, and about I, Robot.

I think this film is uneven because it contains a lot of absolutely awful bullshit, together with some very, very good scenes, where real cinematography shows.

Bad things:

-They changed the original (Asimov’s) story so much it sucks, and the new story is bad and ugly.
-Susan Calvin was Asimov’s coolest character, and in the movie she’s just … she’s not even bad or anything, she’s just flat, warm, old coke, compared to the original character’s High quality champagne.

Good things:
-The scene where Will Smith is speaking with the guy who just commited suicide and you can’t tell until the end it’s a hologram. Really suspensful and well done
– Will Smith’s acting is actually very effective.
