Variations on Pac-Man

Think about Pac-Man, look at this pictures and tie the knots in your head.

Computer games don’t affect kids, I mean if Pac Man affected us as kids, we’d all be running around in darkened rooms, munching pills and listening to repetitive music.

  1. I mean, it’s a bit late to say it, but…. fucking nineties, good riddance!!

  2. Listening to music from the 90s now, it seems like it was all about break-ups, cheating, and then feeling sorry. No?

  3. Yeah, now that you mentioned it. Also, I don’t know about you, but my youth was marked by techno, dance, house, and all the kinds of music that, by virtue of not liking them, turned me into an outcast.

  4. 10 minutes on the local pop radio station here could convince you not much has changed since the 90’s.

    First ones to mind…
    Right Now – Akon
    Apologize – Timbaland
    Heartless – Kanye west
Gives You Hell- All American Rejects

Too bad we couldn’t kick out some good war protest songs. Or maybe a health care reform pop hit. That would be classic (in the US of course) :). Or a federal budget deficit protest. (I think I’ve been listening to too much public radio). Maybe a slow food movement pop single (admit the last one has potential… think of the music video with all the cute animals!).

  5. That’s why I rarely listen to anything written after the 80’s…

Also, about the health care reform…

  6. That video is *fantastic* And way to know more about American pop culture than me!
